For repair bookings, any additional necessary information may be collected and shared with our engineering partners to facilitate service delivery.

If you've opted in to receive marketing, we may contact you by phone, email, or post with offers and updates — limited to approximately once per quarter.

For payment processing, your information is shared with our banking and card processing providers. Payment records are securely stored in both our accounting and CRM systems.

All third-party providers we work with adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure your privacy and rights are upheld.

We retain your personal data for six years after your service plan ends or for the duration of our service relationship — whichever is longer. In specific situations, such as ongoing investigations or disputes, your data may be retained beyond this period.

The aim of this policy is to set out how we collect, manage and store your personal data, in line with GDPR Regulations. 

We reserve the right to amend this non-contractual policy and procedure, from time to time, for various reasons relating to business needs or to reflect legal developments.

How to request access to your data

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) you have a few rights with regards to your personal data. 

• You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, and you can request to restrict us processing or holding data, (in certain circumstances). 

• If you have provided consent for the processing of your data, you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time. 

• You have the right to lodge a grievance if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR or DPA with regards to protecting your personal data.
